  • 08.30 - You will be met alongside your ship by your guide with a name board with White Cliffs of Dover Tours written on it 

  • 09.30 - Private guided tour of Canterbury Cathedral (included in the price)

  • 11.30   - Drive through the countryside to a beautiful English Pub (Lunch at own expense)

  • 13.30 -  Drive through the countryside and onto Dover and visit White Cliffs of Dover

  • 15.00  - Arrive back at your Ship

  • The itinerary may be subject to venue changes and the timings are variable due to reasons outside of our control. i.e. traffic, weather

 

  • There is a moderate amount of walking & we recommend you wear comfortable footwear

 

  • Our unique & special visits are often pre booked with specific time slots at the venues so each passenger is responsible for being punctual for bus departure times, due to our specific schedule we cannot wait and assume anyone not on the bus on time has decided to spend the rest of the day at their leisure

When everyone is onboard we will set off seeing some Kentish Countryside along the way and on to the Historic City of Canterbury, where we will walk through a few of the old streets which have many great tales to tell, towards the awe inspiring Canterbury Cathedral. You will enjoy a private guided tour of the amazing Cathedral  which has over 1,500 years of history and is absolutely breathtaking!

Drive Through The Countryside and Pub Lunch

 

After Canterbury Cathedral we will drive through some Kentish Countryside known as the Garden of England so named after Henry VIII enjoyed a bowl of Kentish cherries!  We will pass many pretty English Villages en route and see the beautiful Kent rolling hills and fields of Wheat and Barley.

We will arrive at a wonderful Country Pub for lunch (own expense) with time to enjoy the ambience where the local people go.

White Cliffs of Dover

We will head towards the village of St Margarets at Cliffe which has a history of smuggling and contraband and sits on the top of the White Cliffs of Dover. 

We will walk for 10-15 minutes to see the breathtaking views on the top of the White Cliffs of Dover, including the English Channel and the Port of Dover from a birds eye view! on a clear day you can see the coast of France. 

We will take you to the best place for a great photo opportunity!
